CBC began as a group of believers gathered to study the Bible together. Later as they grew, they believed that God was leading them to establish a congregation in which the Bible was faithfully taught for the glory of God and for the blessing and edification of His people. Over the years, it has been ministered to by faithful part time ministers. In January of 2003, CBC brought on staff its first full-time pastor. We look forward to the great things God will do in the future.

• understand that one must enter into a personal relationship with God by grace through faith Jesus Christ, who died for our sins
• emphasize the Bible's teachings and how they apply to our lives 
• believe that God has revealed Himself to us all through the pages of the Bible
• desire to see all of God's people grow in their faith through: - studying the Bible, - developing rich relationships with other believers, - discovering their God given gifts, - serving the local body of believers and the community at large with those God hasgiven them.
